Customer has right to a 14-day return under the following:
- Product is damaged
- Received wrong product
- Regret of purchase
- According to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, orders can be returned within 14-days from delivery. No refund or exchange will be made after the 14-day grace period.
All refunds require a receipt or proof of purchase (customer email with order confirmation).
Before a refund can be issued, all items must be returned to Sollmar AS for approval. Items must be in the original packaging, unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
In special circumstances, we allow partial reimbursement, i.e. item is damaged or has defects for reasons that are not due to error on our part (product complaint).
Refund and complaint
All refunds must be returned to Sollmar AS for approval. Once the item has been inspected, an email will be sent with an approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed and funds reimbursed.
Allow up to 7 days to receive the agreed refund.
Goods for sale
Discounted items cannot be refunded. This includes all discounts.
Exchange of goods
Only damaged items can be exchanged. This does not include indentations or damages made to the exterior box during shipping. This only includes the primary item (product). If you want to exchange a damaged item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Where to send returned goods
Shipping & duty fees are non-refundable. When making a return that is not a defect/damage or wrong item from sender (Sollmar), the returnee is responsible for shipping & duty costs. It is advised to ship with tracking and/or insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item for untracked shipments.
Items being returned for damage approval or wrong item will not be subject to shipping or duty fees. Sollmar will issue the return shipment. Please, contact customer service for further instructions.
